Heart coherence is a measurable state where heart rhythm becomes smooth and synchronized. It's associated with lower stress, improved emotional regulation, and clearer thinking. We use real-time HRV biofeedback to help you experience this state directly.
No prior experience is necessary. All our sessions are beginner-friendly. We guide you step-by-step using simple breathing and awareness techniques.
You sit comfortably while we take a baseline HRV reading. We then guide you through resonant breathing (5-6 breaths/min) so you can see your body adjust in real-time. Each session includes personalized daily micro-practices.
If your coherence metrics show no measurable improvement during guided practice, we refund the consultation portion of the fee (€55). The €25 measurement fee remains non-refundable.
It is our collective wellbeing space. Members receive 3 online Sunday sessions, 4 weekly short practices, and 1 in-person gathering per month for shared regulation.
